I write to convene a meeting of the Parish Council on Monday,
1st September 2008.
The meeting will take
place in the Village Hall, commencing at 7.00 p.m. The order of business for
the meeting is set out below.

Parishioners are welcome to attend these meetings. If a person wishes
to speak at any meeting they should contact the Clerk in writing or by telephone
( 863507) before 12 noon on the day of the scheduled meeting advising
her of the
subject to be discussed.
Please note:- In the event of it being necessary to cancel any Council
meeting notices to this effect will be posted on the village notice board and
also reported in the local press, time permitting.
